This website is operated by the Simon Lofgren owned company Albert & Partners AB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Albert & Partners AB. Albert & Partners AB offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We do not sell products directly to you - the end customer. We only host third-party store interfaces to our partnered retailers which handles sales, distribution and service.
Therefor we cannot offer any service or answer any question about refunds.

Generally, these are our terms if we do sell you anything -
1. Digital Products
You have no right of refund of e-books or digital audiobooks, as these are classified as a service. As soon as the payment of the book has gone through and you have been given the opportunity to start downloading a digital book, you thus have no right to cancel the purchase.
2. Physical Products
In accordance with Swedish legislation on konsumentskydd vid distansavtal (consumer rights at distance agreements) has a private consumer 14 days to withdraw from his purchase from the time the customer received the product. The product must then be in unchanged condition - that is, it must not be used, but must of course have been unpacked and checked carefully. The product must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent, with intact protective stickers and labels, and it is important that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition. In this type of return, you are responsible for the shipping costs and shipping risk. Please note that we do not accept unannounced returns, or returns that are sent to delivery points and as registered mail. If you want to return an item, you first need to contact customer service via e-mail at email@example.com and get the return process approved. When a return is approved and the product checked, the money is refunded within 14 days via the same payment method as the order was placed. If the product is visibly used, the customer is charged for any depreciation.
- Refund of Print-On-Demand Products
Please note that Swedish 14 days' general right of refund does not apply to customized products. All our products with print are made to order, also called "print on demand". When purchasing print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ceases when the production of the product has begun. Taking into account the above exceptions in konsumentskydd vid distansavtal the Customer agrees that the right of withdrawal does not include Digital Products and Print on demand products as they cannot be returned due to their nature.
3. No Refunds
- Gift cards & vouchers
- Consumables (if they have broken packaging / sealing)
- Hygiene and body products (if they have broken packaging / sealing)
- Kits & games / trading cards (if they have broken packaging / sealing)
- Signed products or other custom-made product on behalf of the customer (such as products with print and Print on Demand)
- Digital products (classified as services)
You have a three-year right to make a complaint / reclaim. If you receive an incorrect item in relation to your order or a defective item, you must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. Complaints are notified via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to remedy a defect / defect by exchanging for a defect-free item instead of refunding the purchase price.
